Candlestick RV Park Overview
Candlestick RV Park is the only RV Park located in San Francisco has 165 campsites with full hookups (+24 tent-only campsites). It is conveniently located with easy access to all of San Francisco’s attractions including Alcatraz, Under Water World, The Golden Gate Bridge, China Town, Pacific Bell Park, and many others. There is also a shuttle bus service from the park to many of the attractions.
Park amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, showers, laundry facilities and trash collection. There’s also a camp store, game room (with big screen TV) and free WiFi. Cell service is also good.

This park is a dump. It’s for long-term “marginally housed” local residents, who live on the fringe. It’s the old Candlestick Park stadium parking lot. No space between campers. Full-sized fridges and old furniture abound, squeezed between vehicles. The women’s bathroom had 7 showers, but only one where water came out of the nozzle. Garbage and junk everywhere. Supposed to be gated, but gate was never closed. Razor wire atop the perimeter fence. Keep driving. Do not stay here.
