Trinity Lake KOA Overview

Trinity Lake KOA has approximately 264 campsites (146 with full hookups) located in a forested area next to Swift Creek at the north end of Trinity Lake. Cabins are also available throughout the year.  .

Campsites are ‘big rig friendly’ and can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Both pull-through RV campsites as well as back-in sites with room for a campfire are available.

The 70-acre campground is open year round. Amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, showers, laundry facilities and trash colletion. There’s also a swimming pool, playground, dog park,, snack bar, mini-golf course, camp store (ice, firewood, propane) and kayak rentals. Cell service is fair (Verizon and AT&T), and Wifi is available at the store.

Trinity Lake KOA – Outdoor Recreation & Activities

Outdoor recreation includes boating, kayaking, paddle-boarding, swimming, water sports, hiking, mountain biking, OHV trail riding, picnicking and wildlife viewing. A boat launch is about 2 miles from the campground.  Additional onsite recreation/activities include 3-wheel bikes, basketball, ping-pong tables, shuffleboard, bingo, a 50’s style walk-up window restaurant, a heated pool and so much more.

Preacher Meadow Campground is also in the area (near Swift Creek).
