Frank Jackson State Park campground has 40 single-family campsites (32 with full hookups) and is located on the shores of Jackson Lake. Campsites can accommodate tents, trails and RVs. Each campsite also has a table, fire ring and grate. The other 8 campsites are primitive, but located right on the water. Cabins are also available to rent at the park.

Campground amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, hot showers ($) and a dump station. Wifi is also available at the campground.  There’s also a playground, camp store, boat ramp and beach.

Frank Jackson State Park – Area Recreation

The 2,050-acre Frank Jackson State Park is a very popular fishing destination with its 1,000-acre stream fed lake.  The park is famous for its annual ‘Scarecrows In The Park’ tradition that features beautifully crafted scarecrows from local artisans, businesses and school groups. Other outdoor recreation includes boating, canoeing, kayaking, swimming, hiking, biking, picnicking and wildlife viewing.
