Shiloh Campground has 116 campsites (60 with electricity) and is located on the mid-lake Greers Ferry Lake shoreline south of Greers Ferry, AR. Group camping (3 sites) is also available. A dense mix of red cedar, black gum, red oak, elm, pecan and sweet gum trees forest the area, providing shade in the summer months and beautiful fall colors in autumn.
The campground is generally open mid May to mid September. Amenities include drinking water, vault and flush toilets, hot-water showers, trash collection and a dump station. The campground/park also has a marina, boat ramp, boat trail lot, picnic area/playground and swim area. Cell service is good in the area.
Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. There are 60 sites with electric hookups. Each site also has a paved parking spur, table, fire ring and grill.
Other campgrounds in the area include Narrows, Devils Fork, Heber Springs, Hill Creek, Old Highway 25, Sugar Loaf, Dam Site (Greers Ferry) and John F. Kennedy Park.
Outdoor recreation in the area includes boating, canoeing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, fishing, swimming, water sports, scuba diving, hiking, biking and picnicking. Wildlife is also great with opportunities to see white-tailed deer, wild turkeys, rabbits, squirrels and a wide variety of birds.
