Lynx Lake Overview

Lynx Lake G028

Lynx Lake Campground is located in the Prescott National Forest about 5 miles from Prescott Valley. The campground is well maintained and includes 8 loops with 35 campsites that can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. The double campsites have shade structures.  Lynx Lake also has a camp store, cafe, and boat rentals down by the lake, which is a short 1-mile drive. I am wanting to reserve tent camping in b area linx lake near restrooms.nplease help. We made reservations for May 5, 6 home 7th. D 20 . how do I change to b next to restroom?

    • Hi Tamarah,

You’ll need to call Recreation.gov direct to see if there are any sites available next to the restrooms for when you want to stay at Lynx Lake. The phone number is: 877-444-6777. Be sure to have your reservation confirmation number.

  2. carmen ignacio says:

I have an annual national parks ..does that cover lynx campground and if so is there a discount for overnight camping? We visited the lake yesterday and it is very nice and clean so we want to go camping but all sites were full

    • Hi Carmen,
The Annual National Park pass will give you admission into any National Park from the 12 months of when you purchased it. Lynx Lake campground is not in a National Park, so you don’t need it to enter the campground, but you do need to get a reservation for a campsite. Click on the ‘Make A Reservation’ button to check availability, pricing and make a reservation.

  3. Shawnise Bosina says:

Are there any site with electricity hookups? Can generators be used and is there a quiet time for them?

  4. Barb Statz says:

Will our life time senior pass work at the park? If so are there restrictions?
    Barb

    • Hi Barb,
The Prescott National Forest Pass, Interagency Annual Pass, Interagency Senior and Access Passes, and Every Kid in a Park Pass are valid at all Prescott National Forest standard amenity fee sites (including Lynx Lake campground). The Interagency Annual Pass is valid nation wide at federally operated standard amenity fee sites and also covers entrance fees at National Parks. The Interagency Annual Pass program eliminates the need to purchase separate passes on different National Forests across the nation.

You can click on the ‘Make A Reservation’ button from the Lynx Lake campground page to check availability, pricing and make reservations.

  5. Greg Graffi says:

When will Lynxs Lake campground be open for reservations?

  6. mustafa kilcak says:
