Apple Tree Campground 007

Apple Tree Campground is a small tent-only campground with 8 (walk-to) campsites located at 6,200 feet just off Big Pines Highway. Parking is in a parking lot along Big Pine Highway (about 60 feet from the campsites).

Campground amenities include a vault toilet and drinking water. Each campsite also has a table, fire ring and grill.

Apple Tree Campground is close to Jackson Lake and many popular hiking trails in the San Gabriel Mountains. The small mountain community of Wrightwood is about 5 miles away.

Table Mountain, Lake, Peavine and Mountain Oak are other campgrounds in the area.
