Camp Richardson Resort – RV Village Overview

Camp Richardson Resort RV Village Campground has 98 campsites (all with hookups) and is located less than 1/2 mile from beautiful Lake Tahoe. The campground is generally open mid January to mid November.

RV Village has 20 Full Hookup RV sites and 78 Water/Electric RV sites. Each RV site has a paved parking spur, picnic table, and fire pit with cooking grate. Some sites also have a bear-proof food locker.

Amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, hot showers, dump station and trash collection. Each site also has a paved parking spur, table, fire ring/grate and bear-proof storage box. You can also purchase firewood and camping supplies are available for purchase at the camp store.

This is not a pet-friendly resort. Only service dogs accepted.

Camp Richardson Resort – Recreation and Activities

The Resort is on the shore of Lake Tahoe and offers a variety of outdoor recreation and other activities. There’s a beautiful swim beach, marina (with boat, kayak, SUP, SeaDoo and other equipment rentals), general store & deli, restaurant, ice cream parlor, mountain sports shop with bike, snowshoe and cross-country ski rentals, hiking and biking trails. The casino and Heavenly Valley Ski Resort are also a short distance away.

Other campgrounds at the resort include Badgers Den and Eagles Nest. You might also like Fallen Leaf, Campground By The Lake and Camp Shelly.
