Coldwater Overview

Coldwater Campground has 74 campsites and is located near Lake Mary and the town of Mammoth Lakes in the eastern Sierra Nevada range. Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. There is also creek side camping with easy access to fishing at Lake Mary.

The campground has drinking water and flush toilets. Each campsites has a table, fire ring, grate and food storage locker. Firewood is also available for sale from the camp host.

Outdoor recreation includes boating, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, biking, backpacking, horseback riding and wildlife viewing. Lake Mary has a marina and boat rentals. The town of Mammoth Lakes is a close 5 miles down the road where there’s plenty of shops, restaurants and other activities to enjoy.

Other campgrounds in the area include Lake George, Lake Mary Campground and Twin Lakes Campground.
