Del Valle Regional Park campground has 150 campsites and is located is a pretty oak valley close to Lake Del Valle among giant oak and sycamore trees. Most are very large and spacious. Twenty one have full hookups. You won’t go wrong with just about any of the sites. Each site also has a paved parking pad, table, fire ring and grill. RV electrical hookups are available. Equestrian backpacking sites and group camps are available as well.
Campground amenities include drinking water, flush toilets and hot showers. There’s also a visitor center, amphitheater, marina and camp store. Overflow parking is also available.
The area offers a variety of outdoor recreation including boating, fishing, swimming, water skiing, windsurfing, hiking, biking, horseback riding and picnicking. Wildlife viewing is also great – including wild Turkeys!
