Dimond O Overview

Dimond O Campground has 37 campsites and is located next to the Middle Fork of the Tuolumne River in the Stanislaus National Forest. It’s also the closest campground to the Big Oak Flat entrance to Yosemite National Park and Hetch Hetchy Reservoir.

Amenities include potable (drinking) water, vault toilets, trash collection and overflow parking. Firewood is also available for purchase from the camp host. Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each site also has a table, food storage locker, fire ring and grate. Double campsites include 20/21, 24/25 and 34/35. The campsites nearest the river are 18-26.

Area Recreation & Activities

Outdoor recreation in the are includes boating, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, swimming, hiking, mountain biking and picnicking. Wildlife viewing is also nice in the area.

You may also like Cherry Valley Campground. Lost Claim and Sweetwater campgrounds are also just off Highway 120.
