Fiddle Creek Campground has 15 campsites along the banks of the beautiful North Yuba River in Tahoe National Forest. The tent-only campsites are surrounded by oak, maple, locust and pine trees. Parking is provided, but you’ll have about a 40 to 70 foot walk to each campsite.
Amenities include drinking water (spigot) and a vault toilet. Each campsite also has a table, fire ring and grate.
Outdoor recreation in the area includes excellent fishing, hiking (access to North Yuba Trail), horseback riding, mountain biking, climbing, hunting, OHV riding and picnicking. Wildlife viewing is also nice in the area. Seasonal rafting and kayaking are also available.
Other campgrounds in the area include Schoolhouse, Hornswoggle Group, Cal-Ida, Carlton, Indian Valley and Rocky Rest.
