Honeymoon Flat Overview

Honeymoon Flat campground has 28 campsites and is located 8 miles from Bridgeport, next to Robinson Creek at an elevation of 7,000 feet. The campground has a lower (south) loop (sites 1-13) and an upper (north) loop (sites 14-28). A few campsites are double sites. Each of the sites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each site also has a table, BBQ pedestal and a food storage locker.

Campground amenities include drinking water and vault toilets. Firewood is also available for sale from the camp host.

Honeymoon Flat – Area Recreation

Robinson Creek offers some excellent fishing and Lower & Upper Twin Lakes (up the road) are also popular for fishing, boating, canoeing and kayaking. Other outdoor activities include hiking, mountain biking, picnicking and wildlife viewing.

Other campgrounds in the area include Paha, Crags, Lower Twin Lakes and Robinson Creek.
