Don’t be fooled! This campsite is as green as a desert land. Though the site is how the pictures are shown all the greenness is gone. It is also hot there during July months.
Dose it have cell phone service
Hi Kari,
Island Park Campground has spotty (fair to poor) cell service.
Site 26/27 I only see one picture are there restrooms close by?
Hi Mommaof2,
The restrooms are about 150 feet from campsite 26/27.
Are there rattle snakes? Should I be worried about my children if I camp out there?
Rattlesnakes are active this time of year, but it is rare to see one in the campground. I’d avoid hiking with kids up in the brush/hills.
