Kelty Meadow Campground Sierra National Forest California

Kelty Meadow Overview

Kelty Meadow Campground has 11 spacious campsites and is alongside Kelty Creek in pine and cedar forest.

Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Horse-camping is also allowed although there are not any corrals. Each site also has a table, fire ring and grill.  Some sites also have hitching posts. Amenities include vault toilets. Drinking water is not available but you can filter from the creek.

Other campgrounds in the area include Soquel, Crane Valley, Chilkoot, Texas Flats, Recreation Point Group, Forks, Cedar Bluff, Lupine, Spring Cove and Wishon Bass Lake.

Kelty Meadow – Area Recreation & Activities

Outdoor recreation in the area includes horseback riding, hiking, mountain biking, picnicking and wildlife viewing.
