Kinnikinnick Campground has 27 campsites and is located on a hillside overlooking Huntington Lake in the Sierra National Forest. Some of the campsites have views of the lake.

The campground is generally open early June to late September. Amenities include drinking water, flush toilets and trash collection. Each site also has a paved parking spur, table, food storage locker, fire ring and grill. ire ring and food storage locker.  Double campsites include 2, 3, 8, 11, 15, 20 and 24.  Cell service is fair the area.

Kinnikinnick Campground and Huntington Lake offer a variety of outdoor activities including fishing, boating, sailing, swimming, hiking, biking, wildlife viewing and exploring the historic sites in the area. The lake also has a marina and boat rentals. There are a few stores and restaurants in the area.
