Morning,
how close are you to the lake , are they full hook up .
Hi Jean,
The Bidwell Canyon Camping area is on a bluff overlooking the Lake Oroville. It’s about 1/2 mile from the water.
We will be camping there in Sept. We have a jet ski. Would we have to pull it out each day or can we tie it up on the lake?
Hi Deanna,
CampsitePhotos.com is not associated with the campgrounds listed on our site. We provide the campsite photos and a little more information on the campground. I recommend you give Bidwell Canyon/Lake Oroville State Recreation Area a call on your question: 530 538-2218
I would like to possibly do a wedding at the Bidwell Canyon site in May or June of next year (2020). Who would I contact to discuss site reservations and that sort of thing? We would not need or want indoor reception space, and would likely rent out the entire site if possible.
Hi Christine,
Congratulations on your upcoming wedding/marriage! It would be best to contact the Lake Oroville Recreation Area office at 530 538-2219. Bidwell campground # is (530) 538-2218, but I’d try the main office first. And you’re smart to check into in now (for 2020), and facilities will book up 6 months in advance. Best of luck!
