Lower Twin Lakes Campground has 14 campsites and is located just below the lake and along Robinson Creek at an elevation of 7,000 feet. Campsites can accommodate tents, and small trailers/RVs. The campground has drinking water and flush toilets. Firewood is also available for sale from the camp host. Each campsite has a table, food storage locker and grate.

Campsites can be reserved from mid May through Labor Day. The sites are first-come, first-serve September 3 through October 6 (weather permitting).

The campground offers a great base camp to fish for rainbow trout in Robinson Creek. There’s also a boat ramp next to the campground that provides access to Lower Twin Lakes. Outdoor recreation in the area also includes boating (at nearby Twin Lakes), hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding and wildlife viewing.

The town of Bridgeport is just 10 miles down the road if you need supplies. Also, Robinson Creek Campground is nearby, where educational programs are held at its amphitheater on weekends from July 4 through Labor Day.

Other campgrounds in the area include Paha, Robinson Creek, Crags, and Honeymoon Flat.
