Navarro River Redwoods State Park Beach Campground has 1o primitive campsites located right next to a beautiful beach and at the mouth of the Navarro River. The campground has vault toilets. Water is not available. Each campsite also has a table, fire ring and grill. There are no hookups.
The park has a variety of outdoor recreation including boating, fishing, swimming, beach combing, hiking through redwoods, biking and picnicking. Wildlife viewing is also nice in the area. You can also check out the historic Captain Fletcher’s Inn (located 1/4 mile from the campground). Dogs are also okay on the beach (with a leash).
Paul M. Dimmick campground (also in Navarro River Redwoods State Park) is on Highway 128, six miles east of the junction with State Highway 1.
