Paradise Campground has 14 campsites among a grove of large oak trees and is located close to the Santa Ynez River in the Los Padres National Forest.  Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each campsite also has a table, fire ring and grate. Most sites are for single-family, but there are also a few double-family sites available.

Campground amenities include drinking water, flush toilets and a picnic area. Firewood is also available for sale from the camp host.

Paradise – Area Recreation

The Santa Ynez River is popular for a variety of water-related recreation. It can be accessed at nearby White Rock Day Use Area. Cachuma Lake Recreation Area, a no-body-contact reservoir, is also nearby. It offers boating, kayaking and fishing opportunities. Other outdoor recreation in the area includes hiking, mountain biking, OHVing, picnicking and horseback riding. Wildlife viewing is also nice in the area.

Other campgrounds in the area include Cachuma Lake, Fremont, Los Prietos, Sage Hill Group and Upper Oso.
