Prosser Ranch Group Overview

Prosser Ranch Group Campground has 1 group campsite and is located next to picturesque Prosser Reservoir, within the Tahoe National Forest.

The lakefront group site offers walk-to tent camping and have up to 50 people. The walk-to tent sites are a short walk (40 to 100 feet) from the parking area. Parking is available for up to 10 vehicles (maximum 20 foot length).  Amenities include drinking water (spigots), vault toilets, picnic tables, campfire circle and grills. A boat ramp is also nearby (1/4 mile).

Check-in is 2pm. Generators are okay from 6am to 10pm. Pets are also okay (on leash). OHVs are not permitted in the campground. Cell service is good.

Prosser Campground is within a mile and has 29 single-family campsites.

Prosser Ranch Group – Area Recreation & Activities

Outdoor recreation in the area includes boating, kayaking, swimming, fishing and abundant hiking and off-road trails.  It is also about a 10-minute drive to Truckee, CA.
