Sabrina Campground has 18 single-family campsites along the banks of Bishop Creek in the Easter-Sierra Nevada Mountain range. All campsites are first-come, first serve. Several of the campsites are tent only with limited parking. Because of the smaller sites, long trailers and motorhomes are not recommended. There are no campsites for #1 or #3. About half of the sites are in the shade the other half have a more sunny exposure. Each campsite also has a table, fire ring, grate and food storage locker. The campground has drinking water and vault toilets. Firewood is also available for sale from the camp host.
Sabrina Campground is a popular destination in the Inyo National Forest with a variety of outdoor activities available. The campground is about 3 miles from Lake Sabrina and also about 10 miles from South Lake, both popular fishing destinations. Other recreation includes backpacking, hiking, mountain biking, picnicking, horseback riding and wildlife view.
Other campgrounds in the area include North Lake, Four Jeffrey, Big Trees, Bitterbrush, Bishop Park and Forks.

Are the campsites first come first serve and are there any available for the 5th to the 9th of August and what are the fees per day? Ty
Yes, all Sabrina campsites are first-come, first-serve. The campground is open and is most likely busy/sold out on weekends. We really don’t have any way to tell if there is availability from Aug 5-9. Since those days are mid-week, you should be able to get a site.
TYVM will be making the trip
When does the campground close for the season? Hoping to camp Nov 6-8
Hi Margi,
Sabrina campground is currently open (as of October 8) and usually stays open late in to October (weather permitting). Not sure if it’ll be open November 6-8. I’d call the USFS office to check: 760-873-2400
