Sycamore Grove (Red Bluff) Overview

Sycamore Grove Campground has 31 campsites in a park-like setting along the Sacramento River in Northern California. Ten of the sites have water & electric hookups.

Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs (up to 44 feet). Each site also has a table, fire ring and grill. Some of the campsites are double sites.

Campground amenities include potable (drinking) water, vault/flush toilets and trash collection.  Cell service is good in the area. A boat ramp is also nearby.

Camp Discovery Group Campground is next to Sycamore Grove. Other campgrounds in the area include Buckhorn Campground (25 miles) and Orland Buttes (28 miles).

Sycamore Grove – Area Recreation & Activities

Visitors can enjoy the 4-mile paved nature trail, which winds through flowering grasslands, wetlands and oak woodlands, providing access to an abundance of plants and wildlife, as well as incredible views of Mount Shasta, Mount Lassen and the Yolla Bolly Mountains. The nearby river provides visitors with access to a variety of water-related recreation opportunities, including fishing, boating, water skiing, jet skiing, swimming and canoeing.
