Wyandotte Campground has 30 campsites and is located on the eastern side of Little Grass Valley Reservoir in the Plumas National Forest. Some sites are first-come, first-serve. Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each site also has a table, fire ring and grate. Food storage lockers are also available.
Campground amenities include drinking water and flush toilets. The north loops of the campground may be closed from June to August 31 yearly for the benefit of a nesting pair of bald eagles. Hey, bald eagles also need to camp too!
The area offers a wide variety of outdoor recreation including boating, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, swimming, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding and picnicking. There’s also a variety of wildlife to see here.
Other campgrounds around Little Grass Valley Reservoir include Little Beaver, Running Deer, Peninsula Tent, and Red Feather.

Really nice, quiet campground, beautiful lake, nice swimming area. Can’t wait to stay here!
Too sunny and young disrespectful people. No camp host to enforce
