Arapaho Bay Overview

Arapaho Bay Campground has 85 campsites and is located next to Lake Granby in the Arapaho National Recreation Area. Although the campground is open year-round, only 7 sites are available during the winter months (no fees or amenities).

Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs (parking spur 20 to 40 feet). Each site also has a table, tent pad, fire ring and grill. Campground amenities include drinking water, vault toilets and trash collection.  A boat ramp is located near the campground. Firewood is also available to purchase from the camp host. Cell service is fair in the area.

Other campgrounds in the area include Green Ridge, Stillwater, Pawnee, Peaceful Valley and Camp Dick.

Area Recreation & Activities

Outdoor recreation in the area includes boating, fishing, sailing, kayaking, canoeing, paddle-boarding, swimming, water sports, hiking, biking, horseback riding, picnicking and wildlife viewing.
