Cascade (Colorado) Campground PSICC Colorado

Cascade (Colorado) Overview

Cascade Campground has 21 single-family campsites and is located next to Chalk Creek and in Central Colorado.  There is also a private hot springs resort a few miles away.

Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs.  Sites are generally large and parking areas range from 20 to 50 feet, but most are in the 25-35 foot range. Sites #2- 7 and 11, 12 are “walk-to” first-come, first served. All other sites are reservable. Up to 8 people, 2 tents and 2 vehicles (or 1 recreation vehicle) are allowed per site.

Campground amenities include potable (drinking water) from hand pump and vault toilets (2). Firewood is also available for purchase from the camp host.

Area Recreation & Activities

Outdoor recreation in the area includes fishing, hiking, backpacking, OHVing, mountain biking, horseback riding, picnicking and wildlife viewing.

Other campgrounds in the area include Chalk Lake, Mount Princeton and Iron City.
