Graham Creek Campground has 25 campsites and is located near Vallecito Reservoir in the San Juan National Forest. Some sites are surrounded by large trees while others are more open offering some sun and some shade. Campsites are also about 100 yards from the high-water line of the reservoir.
Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs (up to 35 feet). Each site also has a table, fire ring and grill. Amenities includes drinking water, vault toilets and trash collection. Firewood is also available to purchase from the camp host. The nearest boat ramp is on the west side of the lake. Generators are okay from 6am to 10pm.
Other campgrounds over by the Vallecito Reservoir include Middle Mountain, North Canyon, Pine Point and Vallecito. Lower Hermosa Campground (off highway 550 near Hermosa) also has 19 first-come, first-serve campsites.
Vallecito Reservoir offers great fishing, boating, canoeing and kayaking. Other activities in the area include hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, picnicking and wildlife viewing.
