James M Robb Colorado River State Park Island Acres campground has 65 campsites and is nestled between the Colorado River and Old Orchard Lake in Dubuque Canyon.
Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. There are 33 sites with full hookups and 28 sites with electric hookups. Each campsite also has a table, fire ring and grate. Most campsites will hear I-70 highway traffic but A-loop is probably the most quiet.
Campground amenities include drinking water, restrooms with flush toilets, hot showers (coin operated) and a dump station. Firewood is also available for sale from the camp host. Cell service is good.
Camping is also available at the Fruita campground 30 miles to the west.
The surrounding canyon walls offer a spectacular backdrop and maybe even a glimpse of wild horses or Big Horn Sheep. Area attractions also include the Grand Mesa, Colorado National Monument, museums, wineries and orchards. Outdoor recreation includes fishing, canoeing, kayaking, swimming, hiking, mountain biking, picnicking and wildlife viewing.

Something is not right. Pin on map points to Fruita section of park, not Island Acres which is east of Palisade. Also pictures only go to site 034. There are over 60 sites at Island Acres
Thanks for the heads up Joe!
We will take a look and get it corrected.
