Lost Man Campground White River National Forest Colorado
Lost Man Overview
Lost Man Campground has 10 first-come first-serve campsites. The Hunter-Fryingpan Wilderness / Lost Man Trailhead is across the road from the campground. The Roaring Fork River is also nearby. The campground has a 5-day stay limit and is generally open early June to early October.
Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. There are no hookups, but each site has a table, fire ring and grill. Amenities include water, vault toilets and trash collection.
Area Recreation & Activities
Outdoor recreation in the area includes fishing, hiking, mountain biking, OHV trail riding, horseback riding, hunting, picnicking and wildlife viewing.
Other campgrounds in the area include Difficult and Weller.
