North Bank Campground has 16 first-come, first-serve campsites and is located along the beautiful Taylor River at an elevation about 9,000 feet.
Call the doctor because the Doctor Park Trail is also nearby and offers great ATVing, horseback riding, hiking and mountain biking. Even though the doc is in the house, the main attraction in the area is the world-class fishing on the Taylor River.
Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each site has a table, fire ring and grate. There are no hookups. Amenities include potable (drinking) water from a hand-pump and 2 vault toilets. Firewood is also available for sale from the camp host.
Other campgrounds in the area include Lottis Creek, Rosy Lane, One Mile, Lodgepole, Almont and Lakeview.
Outdoor recreation in the area includes fishing, hiking, kayaking, backpacking, mountain biking, ATVing, picnicking, hunting and horseback riding. Wildlife viewing is also nice!
