Peak One Overview

Peak One 019

Peak One campground has 80 spacious campsites and almost all of them have spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and Dillion Reservoir.

The campground has drinking water and flush toilets. Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each campsites also has a table, fire ring and food storage locker. There are no electrical hook-ups available. Firewood is also available for sale from the campground host. The nearest boat ramp access is in the marinas located in the nearby towns of Frisco and Dillon. Cell service is good in the area.

Peak One Area Recreation

Outdoor recreation includes backpacking, hiking, biking, boating, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, sailing and hunting. Wildlife viewing is also nice here with opportunities to see eagles, bighorn sheep, elk and a variety of bird species.

Other campgrounds in the area include Camp Hale Memorial, Heaton Bay, Prospector and Lowry.
