Weller Campground White River National Forest Colorado
Weller Overview
Weller Campground has 11 first-come first-serve campsites and is located among a forest of Aspen trees, across the highway from the Roaring Fork River. The Weller Lake Trailhead is also about 1/2 mile from the campground. The campground is generally open late May to late September and has a 5-day stay limit.
Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. There are no hookups, but each site has a table, fire ring and grill. Amenities include water, vault toilets and trash collection.
Area Recreation & Activities
Outdoor recreation in the area includes fishing, hiking, mountain biking, OHV trail riding, horseback riding, hunting, picnicking and wildlife viewing.
Other campgrounds in the area include Difficult and Lost Man.
