West Thompson Lake Overview

West Thompson Lake Campground has 24 single-family campsites and is located in a wooded setting next to the lake. Campsites 1-11 have water & electric hookups and campsites 12-22 are standard (no hookups). Two lean-to shelters are also available.

Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs (up to 45 feet). Up to 2 vehicles and 6 people are allowed per site. Each site also has a table, fire ring and grate. Parking pads are level with gravel surfaces.  Campground amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, hot showers and a dump station. Firewood is also available for purchase at the campground. There is also a boat ramp near the campground.

Outdoor Recreation & Activities

The campground has a basketball court, horse shoe pits, playground,d hiking trails and nature programs. Other activities include boating, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, picnicking, disc golf, hunting, biking and wildlife viewing.
