Long Point Park has 170 campsites and is located on an island in the Indian River Lagoon and near the Sebastian Inlet marine ecosystem, along the Atlantic coast. There are 113 waterfront partial hookup sites (water & electric), 42 other partial hookup sites (water & electric), and 15 full hookup sites (water, electric and sewer).
Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each site also has a table, fire ring and grill.
Campground amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, showers, free WiFi, laundry facilities, a boat ramp, fish cleaning station, playground 2 pavilions and wildlife pond. There’s also horseshoe pits, volleyball courts and nature trails. Cell service is also good.
Outdoor recreation in the area includes boating, kayaking, paddle-boarding, fishing, swimming, snorkeling, beach-combing, hiking, biking, water sports and picnicking. Wildlife viewing is also great in the area. Mel Fisher’s Treasure museum is also nearby in Sebastian.
Sebastian Inlet State Park is also nearby.
