Black Rock Mountain State Park Overview

Black Rock Mountain State Park Campground is located in Georgia’s Blue Ridge Mountains and has 44 developed RV campsites (hookups), 12 walk-to campsites and 10 cottages. There are also 4 backcountry sites and 1 pioneer campground.

The RV sites have electric hookups and can accommodate trailers and RVs from 20 to 40 feet. The cottages are either 2 or 3 bedrooms and can sleep from 6-8 people. Bedding and linens are provided in each cottage. They also have a microwave, oven, AC/heat, cable TV, dishwasher, refrigerator, pots/pants, dishes, BBQ grill, a fireplace and porch. The park has a visitor center, playground, picnic areas, fishing lake and mixed use trails.

Campground amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, showers, trash collection and a sewage dump station.  Wifi is also available at the visitor center and cottages.

You might also like Moccasin Creek State Park or Tallulah Gorge State Park.
