  1. Red Stephens says:

This is a great place to stay while visiting Savannah. A very well kept park, grounds and facilities were very clean. We had a w/e pull through site that required no additional leveling. Cell phone service was good. The camp store doesn’t have a lot of extras, but does have some basics. The staff is outstanding, very courteous and helpful. The only reason for only four stars is the narrow roadways, which are two way. Navigable, but care must be taken.

  2. The Skidaway Island State Park campground map does not quite match the map on the Georgia State Parks website page. Specifically looking at site #40, it appears to have been moved. Which map is correct?

    • Hi Virginia,
Good question and I see what you mean when comparing the campground map on ReserveAmerica to the map on the Georgia State Park’s website (the one we use). I would lean toward the Georgia State Park’s map as being most accurate.
