Tallulah Gorge State Park (Terrora) Campground has 50 sites and is located close to the Tallulah Gorge, a 1,000-foot deep gorge formed by the Tallulah River. All sites have water & electric hookups and can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each campsite also has a table, fire ring and grate.
Campground amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, hot showers ($) and a dump station. There’s also a visitor center, picnic areas, playgrounds and gift shop.
The Tallulah Gorge is one of the most spectacular in the U.S. It’s 1,000-feet deep and 2 miles long. Hikers need to obtain a permits to visit the bottom of the gorge and hike along the Tallulah River. You can also hike rim trails to several overlooks. A suspension bridge sways 80 feet above the river and water falls offering spectacular views. Other outdoor recreation activities include mountain biking, whitewater kayaking, fishing, picnicking, swimming, rock climbing, tennis and wildlife viewing.

Sites are way too close to each other. Fire pit is right at you front door. Gourge is beautiful but you can drive over from a better camp ground.
