Scout Mountain Overview
Scout Mountain campground has 13 spacious campsites is is located high atop the Bannock Mountain Range in a beautiful forest of fir, pine and aspen. One large group site is also available.
Campsites are suitable for tents, trailers and RVs. Each site also has a table, lantern post, fire ring and grate. Campground amenities include potable water, vault toilets and trash collection. Cell service is fair in the area.
Scout Mountain – Area Recreation & Info
Outdoor recreation in the area includes hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, ATVing, picnicking and wildlife viewing. Cheery Springs Nature Area is also about 6 miles away and the Mink Crew Nordic Center is 5 miles from the campground.
You may also be interested in Massacre Rocks State Park or Lake Walcott State Park.

Fantastic campground high in the spruce and pine forest. Quiet and peaceful with plenty of hiking trails nearby and a small spring for the kids to play in. One of my favorite camp grounds.
