Warm River Campground has 37 campsites and is located on the riverbanks of its namesake in the Caribou-Targhee National Forest of southeastern Idaho. One large group site is also available for up to 100 campers. A cabin is also available to rent/reserve.

Most of the campsites can be reserved, but some are held for first-come, first-serve campers. There are 11 for tent-only camping. The rest can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each site also has a table, BBQ pedestal, fire ring and grate.

Campground amenities include drinking water, vault toilets and trash collection. Firewood is also available for purchase from the camp host. The campground also has a nice picnic/day-use area right along the river. Ashton, Idaho, about 9 miles away, offers gas and grocery services. Cell service is fair in the area.

Area Recreation and Activities

Outdoor recreation in the area includes fishing, tubing, kayaking, rafting, hiking, mountain biking, OHV trail riding, horseback riding, hunting, picnicking and wildlife viewing. A Rails to Trails Warm River Access Point is also located near the campground.
