Wilderness Gateway Overview

Wilderness Gateway Campground has 91 campsites and is located along the Lochsa River in a heavily wooded area. Most sites are reserable. Group and equestrian campsites are also available.

Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs (up to 50 feet). Loop A is a group site with 26 campsites and the whole loop must be reserved ahead of time. Loop B has 27 sites with 11 reservable sites. Loop C has 26 sites with 9 reservable sites. Loop D has 11 sites and 5 are reservable; this loop is reserved for stock camping only. Each site also has a table, fire ring and grill.

Campground amenities include potable (drinking) water, 2 flush toilets, 11 vault toilets, trash collection and a dump station.
