Wolf Creek State Park has 304 Class A campsites and 78 Class C campsites located in a wooded area next to Lake Shelbyville. There are 140 campsites that can be reserved for arrivals starting May 1 through October 31, otherwise campsites are first-come, first-serve. There’s also a cabin, group and equestrian camping available.
Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each site also has a table, fire ring and grate. Campground amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, hot showers, laundry facilities and a dump station. Firewood is also available for sale from the camp host.
Outdoor recreation includes boating, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, water sports, hiking, biking, horseback riding, picnicking and wildlife viewing. Rental boats are also available at several of the private marinas on the lake.

We have stayed at half dozen central illinois campgrounds and a few out of state, this was the nicest, cleanest campground we have stayed at. The campground staff was also very helpful. It was a great place to stay.
