Tolland State Forest campground has 92 campsites that are situated on a peninsula of Otis Reservoir with easy access to boating, fishing and swimming.

The campground has  44 standard/non electric, 29 tent only, 14 pop up trailer/tent, and 1 RV/trailer non electric. Each campsite also has a table, fire ring and grill. Most sites have good shade and spacing between other sites.  The campground has drinking water, flush toilets, showers and an RV dump station.

Camping reservations are on a rolling 6-month window. You can first to make a reservation 6 months prior to the day of arrival (at 10AM EST).

Tolland State Forest – Area Recreation

Otis Reservoir is the main attraction at Tolland State Forest and offers a variety of outdoor recreation activities including boating, canoeing, kayaking, water sports, fishing and swimming. In addition you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, hunting and wildlife viewing at the Park.

Granville State Forest Campground is also an option and is located about 10 miles south via highway 57. The campground has 22 campsites for tents, trailers and RVs.
