Brimley State Park is located on the beautiful shore of Lake Superior’s Whitefish Bay and has 237 campsites (all have electric hookups). A mini cabin is also available to rent.
Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Most sites are level and grassy. All have electric hookups (48 with 50-amp and the rest with 20/30 amp). There are also a few unpaved pull-through sites.
Campground amenities include drinking water, vault toilets, flush toilets, hot-water showers, trash/recycling and a dump station. There’s also a camp store, boat launch, playground and firewood is available to purchase. Cell service is fair in the area.

Brimley State Park is a great home base for exploring local attractions, including two national fish hatcheries and the Hiawatha National Forest, as well as regional destinations. Sault Ste. Marie and the Soo Locks are located 15 miles from the park, along with the Tower of History, the Museum Ship Valley Camp, U.S. Coast Guard Station and International Bridge. Other activities include boating, fishing, swimming, water sports, canoeing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, hiking, biking, picnicking and wildlife viewing.
