River Road Park Overview

River Road Park has 107 campsites and is located below the dam of Clearwater Lake and next to the Black River. All of the campsites with electric hookups and most also have water hookups.

Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs (35 to 90 feet). Each campsite also has a paved parking spur, table, lantern pole, fire ring and grill. Campground amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, hot-water showers, a dump station and trash collection. There’s also a boat ramp, fishing cleaning stations, picnic shelters and a playground. Three group picnic shelters are available to reserve. Cell service is poor in the area.

Other campgrounds in the area include Piedmont Park, Bluff View, Web Creek Park, Highway K, Watercress, Pinewoods Lake Rec. Area and Big Spring.
