Bad Medicine Campground has 17 single-family campsites located next to Bull Lake in the Kootenai National Forest. All campsites are first-come, first-serve. The campground is open year-round, but the host is only there from May through September.

Campground amenities include potable/drinking water, vault toilets and a boat ramp (with dock). There are also 6 picnic sites with tables and fire rings. Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and/or RVs. Each site also has a table, fire ring and grate.

Bad Medicine – Area Recreation

Recreational activities in the area include boating, fishing, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, water sports, hiking, mountain biking, hunting, OHVing, horseback riding, climbing and picnicking. Wildlife viewing is also nice in the area.

Big Eddy, Yaak River, Dorr Skeels and Fireman Memorial Park campgrounds are also in the area.
