Eagle Creek Overview
Eagle Creek campground has 15 single-family campsites and is located about 3 miles from the north entrance to Yellowstone National Park above the town of Gardiner. There are also 2 equestrian campsites available.
The campground is open year-round and has nice views of the mountains and a few trails for hiking. Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and small RVs. Each site also has a table, fire ring and grate. Amenities include drinking water and vault toilets. Cell coverage/service is fair in the area.
Eagle Creek – Area Recreation
The Yellowstone River is 2 miles from the campground and offers great fishing and rafting. They area is also home to an abundance of wildlife including antelope, bison, deer and elk.
Other nearby campgrounds include Mammoth and Canyon campground.
