Moose Creek Flat Overview

Moose Creek Flat Campground has 13 spacious campsites and is next to the Gallatin River in the beautiful Gallatin Canyon. A day use / picnic area is also able to reserve and can accommodate up to 10 vehicles and 50 people.

Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each site also has a parking spur, table, fire ring and grill. Campground amenities include drinking water, vault toilets and trash collection. Camp roads are paved and parking spurs are gravel. Cell service is not available in the area.

Moose Creek Flat Campground – Area Recreation & Activities

Outdoor recreation in the area includes rafting, kayaking, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, picnicking and wildlife viewing.

Other campgrounds in the area include Swan Creek, Greek Creek and Spire Rock.
