Roundup Group Horse Camp has 1 group site and is located off Roundup Horse Camp Road in Theodore Roosevelt National Park. The group site is on hills close to the Little Missouri River and can accommodate up to 20 people and 20 horses.
The group site can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. It also has table, fire rings and grates. Hookups are not available. Amenities include drinking water, vault toilets, corrals and hitching posts. Cell service is not available in the area.
Hikers and horseback riders can access the estimated 70 miles of trails within a short distance of the campground; please stop at a Visitor Center for more details.
Theodore Roosevelt National Park is located in the badlands of western North Dakota. The Park offers a nice visitor center and a variety of outdoor recreation activities including backcountry camping, biking, horseback riding, wildlife viewing and cross-country skiing. You can also enjoy canoeing, kayaking and fishing on the Little Missouri River.
Juniper Campground and Cottonwood Campground are also located at the Park.
