Beautiful Site! Was lots of room. Had a concrete picnic table. Had a nice firepit with a grate for cooking. One leveling block was used. We have a 25-foot travel trailer and fit nicely in our site with plenty of room to spare. We didn’t have any hookups, but fresh water was near our site and plenty of sun for solar. They do have a dump and trash bins. The location was absolutely gorgeous at the bottom of a mountain range. Close to White Sands National Park. The host here was amazing. He had sleds and wax for you to borrow when you go to White Sands National Park. (Which we fully made use of) We had friends with us whom stayed at the campsite next to us, which was wayyy down the road. We had another camper who was closer to us, but not that close. He also had firewood to purchase if you needed or wanted it. The restrooms were very clean and so were the showers! The whole park was nice and clean, and the host made his rounds several times daily. One of the best hosts EVER! (I think his name was Bob).
The park had several hiking trails. We didn’t have time to do them all, but we did do one, the shortest near the visitors center and it was wonderful!
Would DEFINITELY recommend this campground if in the area and I would DEFINITELY stay here again!
