Cranberry Lake campground has 173 single-family campsites and is located on the shores of one the largest lakes in Adirondack Park. The campground also borders 50,000 acres of wilderness with 50 miles of hiking trails. Most campsites have nice shade and several are waterfront. Each campsite also has a table, fire ring and grill.
Campground amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, hot showers and dump station. There’s also a boat ramp, boat rentals, picnic area and sports courts. Firewood is also available from the camp host.
Adirondack Park includes over 6 million acres and is one of the most visited natural attractions in New York and is located only 4 hours north of New York City. The Park also includes over 100 towns and villages, fine lodging, luxury resorts and family-friendly accommodations. Outdoor recreation includes hiking, biking, backpacking, rock climbing, fishing, hunting, boating, canoeing/kayaking, photography, water sports and winter sports. Wildlife viewing is also great here!
