Golden Beach Campground has 207 single-family campsites and is located in a remote Central Adirondack setting on the southeast shore of Raquette Lake.
Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each site also has a table, fire ring and grate. Campground amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, hot showers, a dump station and Recycling station. There’s also a boat launch and boat rentals (within 10 miles).
Raquette lake offers great boating, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, swimming and other water sports. Other outdoor activities include hiking, biking, picnicking and wildlife viewing. Nearby attractions are the Adirondack Park Visitors Interpretive Center and Adirondack Museum at Blue Mountain Lake.
